Here today!

Shori has been learning so many new songs at school, and it's so adorable to hear her sing them.  Here's one that calls out each kid's name and welcomes them for the day ahead.   I first thought she was singing in a different language after hearing Yack-a-hanna yack-a-hanna!  After speaking with her pre-school teacher, we got the real scoop.  For those of your looking for a weirdly addictive kid's song to sing, the lyrics are:  "[name] is here today! [name] is here today!  Let's all clap our hands and sing.  [name] is here today!"

Talking Tom

Shoriya discovered Talking Tom recently.  What an incredibly awesome app for kids!   She found it really funny and I couldn't stop laughing myself (which made her laugh even more).  

Little Web-ster

Shori's been embracing the Web lately.  Good thing they've been free services so far like Google, Facebook and Skype.   I don't know what where going to do when she's starts buying from Amazon, Groupon and Gilt!

Favorite song

A redo of an earlier dance routine, Shoriya refined her technique, earning her higher technical scores from the panel of judges.  She also includes an ode to Michael Jackson in this routine, even though I kept telling her the song was a tribute to Mick Jagger...
